PROBLEM WITH TICKETS FOR UK CONCERT

HELLO GUYS AND GIRLS !!!
THIS IS DIMITRIOS FROM ATHENS GREECE.I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IF ANYBODY WHO HAS ORDERED A TICKET FOR THE LONDON HAMMERSMITH SHOW AND LIVES OUTSIDE THE UK RECEIVED HIS/HER TICKETS .I HAVE ORDERED MINE AND FOR 2 FRIENDS OF MINE BUT HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET.THE COMPANY I ORDERED THE TICKETS FROM IS THE COMPANY THAT IS ON THE TOUR PAGE OF THE OFFICIAL EUROPE SITE .THANK YOU AND HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU

We have the same problem.
We live in Holland and haven't received anything yet.
I wrote to them and they said the tickets are on there way but it's been for over 4 weeks now.
Just keep writing to them.
Did you already pay your tickets?

Hope it turns out ok. WEe already booked our hotel and flight.

yes we too have booked hotels and flights .thank you for your answer.i have sent them emails but they havent replied yet.

Are we the only once with this problem?

I suggest that you call the company you ordered the tickets from.I live in the UK and my tickets arrived within a week or two after I ordered them.

Its going to cost me more for the train fare! I really want to go though

i bought my ticket for london by ticket master in uk.
first i received nothing so i bought it a second time and finally received the second ordered ticket.
i do not know what happened with the first one but it was paid i saw it with my bank

We ordered it via Ticket master too.
It took several weeks and a couple of e-mails to get it.
But I'm glad it turned out ok.

Midgi, Just call them or e-mail them and ask for your money back.

London Heathrow is the closest to Hammersmith.
